RULES AND CODE OF CONDUCT

The following rules and regulations are established to ensure a uniform, orderly, serene, and peaceful stay for everyone. These rules have a contractual nature between “Casale Lorenzo” and the Guest. Therefore, the request to stay and the acceptance of such a request by “Casale Lorenzo” implies the total acceptance of these rules.

• Arrival (Check-in): The apartments will be available from 3:00 PM unless otherwise agreed. We recommend notifying us of your arrival time at least 24 hours in advance.
• Upon arrival, you will receive the apartment keys and the gate remote control.
• In case of loss of the keys or the remote control, or in case of malfunction, they will be replaced at the guest’s expense.
• Upon arrival, the full balance of the stay must be paid. Payment can be made in cash, by check, bank transfer, or credit card.
• A confirmation deposit of 30% of the total stay amount is required to confirm the booking, payable by bank transfer.
• In case of cancellation of the stay within 21 days before the scheduled arrival date, 100% of the amount paid will be refunded; after this period, the entire amount paid will be retained.
• A tourist tax of €2.50 per day, subject to changes imposed by the municipality of Orbetello, is to be paid for the first 7 days of the stay. Children under 14 are exempt.
• This must be paid strictly in cash upon arrival.
• A security deposit of €200.00.
• This must be paid strictly in cash upon arrival.
• Departure (Check-out): The apartments must be vacated by 10:00 AM unless otherwise agreed.
• In case of early departure, the guest will be charged the full amount for the booked apartment.
• During the high season (from July 1 to August 31), only weekly bookings from Saturday to Saturday are accepted.
• Minimum age to rent an apartment: 18 years.
• For reasons of public security, it is not allowed for guests to let other people enter the apartments at any time.
• It is forbidden inside the premises to smoke, use drugs, speak loudly, shout, or slam doors or windows.
• Please respect the quiet hours from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM and from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM.
• Additionally, whenever you leave the apartment, please lock the door and ensure that the windows are closed to prevent any theft of valuables from the apartments.
• Please note that leaving the air conditioner on when the room is unattended is not allowed.
• Management is not responsible for the loss of guest belongings and/or valuables; each guest is responsible for the safekeeping of their own property.
• Guests are expected to respect the premises and the items contained within them; any damage caused will be charged at the cost of repair.

• Pets are not allowed on the premises.
